RDC- Kasaï central : les habitants de Nganza réclame justice

Ces derniers, avaient fait incursion dans leurs habitations tirant des balles létales sur leurs proches » femmes, maris, enfants « . Leurs cadavres ont été soit indignement enterrés dans les fausses communes, ou les tombes parcellaires bien identifiées, soit amenés vers des destinations inconnues par les militaires et les policiers.
Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, ces éléments de forces de défense et sécurité avaient commis des viols collectifs sur les femmes et leurs filles, emportant plusieurs de leurs biens de valeur. Ces actes trahissent toute conscience humaine en violation des droits de l’homme et droit international humanitaire, renseigne la lettre ouverte adressée au président de la République par l’association des victimes de la commune de Nganza.
Dans ce document daté du 01 août, entré à la présidence le 19 du mois en cours et dont une copie est parvenue ce mardi 26 à coulisses.net, les victimes indiquent que les officiers militaires, les soldats et les policiers qui ont commis ces crimes ont été soit mutés soit redéployés ailleurs. Au point 8 de cette lettre, les victimes disent que le dossier ouvert par l’auditorat militaire de Garnison de Kananga n’avance pas malgré l’enquête réalisée sur une centaine de femmes victimes de viol, lors d’une mission conjointe appuyée par le bureau conjoint des nations unies aux droits de l’homme en 2018.
» nous exprimons notre une forte inquiétude de voir cette situation grave tombée dans les oubliettes alors que votre haute autorité a placé le peuple congolais d’abord au centre de son programme » écrivent les victimes de Nganza.
Par conséquent dans les recommandations formulées au chef de l’État, il y a entre autres celle de déférer le dossier à la CPI.
