Le candidat malheureux à la présidence du sénat et leader du regroupement politique Alliance des forces démocratiques du Congo AFDC et Alliés , le sénateur Modeste Bahati Lukwebo, réclame sa part dans le partage des portefeuilles.

C’ est dans une correspondance du 30 juillet 2019, adressée au premier ministre Sylvestre Ilunga que Bahati Lukwebo réclame une vice – primature, un ministère d’Etat , un ministère et un vice – ministère dans la prochaine équipe gouvernementale.

« Nous vous prions de bien vouloir dégager le quota revenant au regroupement AFDC -A et qui proportionnellement est constitué de 4 ministères dont un vice – premier ministre et ministre d’Etat auquel s’ajoute un poste de vice – ministre », lit-on dans cette lettre signée par le sénateur Modeste Bahati Lukwebo.

La part que reclame le patrin de AFDC-A est déduire de 42 postes ministériels appartenant au FCC.

« le quota est à déduire du quota global du FCC , car la répartition initiale des quotas avait aussi tenu compte du poids politique de l’AFDC – A avant l’autonomie de ce dernier au sein de la majorité parlementaire », explique le sénateur.

Radié du FCC après l’annonce de sa candidature pour la présidence du sénat , Lukwebo ne veut pas être roulé et rappelle qu’il a fait partie des négociateurs du FCC et connaît « les tenants et les aboutissants » des négociations.

Bahati Lukwebo qui n’entend pas se rouler par le FCC, dit reconnaître les tenants et les aboutissants des négociations CACH-FCC. il appelle par conséquent le premier ministre Ilunga Ilunkamba à constituer une équipe gouvernementale qu’il qualifie d’  » harmonieuse et inclusive ».

Reste cette fois-ci à savoir si cette demande va rencontrer les avis du FCC qui a exclu Bahati Lukwebo.
