Le Secrétaire général de l’ONU, Antònio Gutteres vient d’arriver à Béni. Il doit visiter le centre de traitement d’Ebola de Mangina et rencontrer les équipes engagés dans la riposte contre le virus, comme il l’avait si bien annoncé peu avant sa descente sur place à Béni.

Sur place à Béni, le Secrétaire général de l’ONU a condamné les crimes commis dans la région par les groupes armés. Il les a appelés à déposer les armes, au cours de son adresse à la presse locale.
