RDC: Les magistrats invités à suspendre par le gouvernement

Le gouvernement appelle les magistrats à suspendre leur grève et à reprendre le travail.

Les ministres concernés par ce dossier ont été, ce samedi 22 février, en réunion présidée par le premier ministre Sylvestre lunga Ilunkamba.

Selon le Ministre de la Justice et Garde des Sceaux Célestin Ntunda Ya Kasende, le gouvernement a la bonne volonté de régulariser la situation des magistrats.

« A l’issue de nos échanges, nous avons estimé qu’il était vraiment indiqué que nos frères les magistrats puissent reprendre le chemin des juridictions et de leurs offices. Il était important que les congolais soient rassurés que les magistrats traitent leurs dossiers. Le gouvernement est de bonne volonté. Il n’y a personne qui s’abstiendrait de donner de bonnes conditions aux magistrats. Nous y pensons. Lorsqu’il y aura des moyens adéquats les solutions seront apportées », a déclaré à l’issue de la séance de travail le vice Premier Ministre, Ministre de la Justice et Garde des Sceaux Célestin Ntunda Ya Kasende.

« Les finances publiques sont en train de s’améliorer. Lorsqu’il y aura des résultats convenables, on ne manquera pas de penser à tout le monde et particulièrement aux magistrats », a expliqué le ministre.

Le corps judiciaire s’insurge contre le prélèvement au taux de 12,5% de l’impôt professionnel sur la rémunération (IPR) sur leurs salaires depuis le mois de janvier dernier. Les magistrats dénoncent également la non-prise en compte de la nouvelle grille barémique transmise par le conseil supérieur de la magistrature au gouvernement.

La Ministre d’Etat, Ministre de Travail et Emploi et Prévoyance Sociale, Néné Ilunga N’kulu, la Ministre de la Fonction Publique Yolande Ebongo Bosongo, le Vice-Ministre du Budget Félix Momat kitenge, le Vice-Ministre de la Justice Bernard Takaishe Ngumbi, ainsi que le Vice-Ministre des Finances Junior Mata M’Elanga, ont participé à ces échanges.
