Listen to this articleLe président de la République Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo a présidé ce vendredi 13 septembre, le tout premier conseil de ministres depuis sa prise de fonction en tant que président de la RDC.
Il n’a pas établi de coloration politique au sein du gouvernement Ilunga Ilunkamba.
« J’en appelle à l’unité du gouvernement. Ici il n’y a pas de CACH, il n’y a pas de FCC….Tous, nous sommes appelés à travailler pour l’intérêt du peuple congolais », a dit le chef de l’État aux membres du gouvernement.
Félix Tshisekedi Tshilombo a rappelé aux ministres que le peuple congolais attend d’eux le changement, l’amélioration de ses conditions de vie et qu’ils ne seront pas pardonnés s’ils n’arrivent pas à atteindre cet objectif.
« Il nous a parlé de sa vision en mettant l’homme au centre de toutes les actions des ministères. Nous sommes des membres du gouvernement. Nous appartenons à une équipe. Le Président nous a appelés à la communion. Il n’y a pas de FCC dans ce gouvernement, il n’y a pas de CACH. Tout le monde est membre du gouvernement. Il nous a appelé à l’unité. Et il nous a dit qu’il nous aime tous. Il n’y a pas des privilégiés dans le gouvernement », a rapporté Claude Nyamugabo, ministre de l’Environnement et développement durable à la presse.
Selon lui, le Président Tshisekedi leur a demandé de changer les choses et de mettre l’homme au centre de leurs actions.
« Il nous a assuré de son soutien parce que, selon lui, il faut que les choses changent. Là, où ça n’a pas marché, nous avons pour mission de faire marcher les choses. Là où cela a marché, nous allons perpétuer cette manière de faire. Le mot d’ordre c’est de changer ce qui a été mal fait. Et nous sommes conscients qu’il faut que ça change. Le président n’a pas dressé une liste. Nous savons ce qui a marché et ce qui n’a pas marché », a ajouté le ministre Nyamugabo.
