« Femme Kasaienne face aux défis de l’entrepreneuriat», c’est le thème de la conférence-débat, organisée ce samedi 17 avril par l’association Horizon 23. L’activité a eu lieu dans la salle Marie Agnès Mpokolo wa Moyo. Elle s’inscrit dans le cadre de la célébration de la journée internationale de la femme.

Les participants ont suivi deux exposés axés sur l’entrepreneuriat. Le premier développé par Laureine Mbuyi, membre de la structure, a porté sur l’entrepreneuriat féminin. Dans son intervention, elle a recouru à l’approche théorique pour expliquer l’entrepreneuriat et l’importance qu’il revêt auprès des femmes. Pour elle, les femmes doivent essayer de transformer les problèmes de leur environnement en opportunités d’affaires dans le but de créer des entreprises.

Le second exposé, animé par Elina Kanyeba, a porté sur la pâtisserie. C’était l’occasion pour l’intervenante de montrer comment les femmes peuvent développer un métier. Et donc, la pâtisserie est l’un des métiers. Elina Kanyeba a expliqué différents procédés à utiliser dans la fabrication des galettes ou des beignets. De la théorie à la pratique, elle n’a pas tardé à montrer aux participants comment s’y prendre. Pour ce faire, des galettes ont même été fabriquées.

Pour sa part, Elie Mutombo, membre de l’association, a félicité, dans son mot de clôture, les uns et les autres pour leur participation à l’activité. Ce qui est, selon lui, une manière de soutenir Horizon 23.

Satisfait, Lebon Tshimanga, coordonnateur du mouvement Horizon 23 estime que la manifestation a permis de donner beaucoup d’idées aux femmes sur leur possibilité d’entreprendre.

« Notre manifestation était centrée sur l’entrepreneuriat. C’était en quelque sorte notre façon de célébrer la journée internationale de la femme. Nous avons voulu promouvoir l’entrepreneuriat féminin. Nous avons pris notre crème intellectuelle jeune des femmes que nous avons. Elles ont exposé. Je pense qu’il y a eu un échange fructueux autour de ce thème. Je pense qu’on aura tiré beaucoup de leçons à l’issue de cette manifestation. Ce qui pourra aider chacune des femmes comment entreprendre pour être autonome et assurer son épanouissement », indique-t-il, précisant que l’activité participe à l’atteinte à l’un des objectifs de l’association.

Créé depuis janvier 2020, Horizon 23 est une association qui vise à rassembler les Congolais en général et les Kasaiens en particulier autour l’idéologie de la paix, la cohésion et du patriotisme. La structure de charge de lutter contre les antivaleurs et la corruption. Elle vient aussi en aide aux personnes vulnérables et aux nécessiteux.
