Nicolas Mbiya, militant de la Lucha a adressé, ce jeudi 06 août, au président de la République une lettre où il présente ses doléances sur la situation de la province du Kasai-oriental. C’est dans un document de cinq pages que ce militant pro-démocratie a étayé les gros problèmes que connaît la province du Kasai-oriental.

Rappelant l’une des promesses du Chef de l’Etat lors de son discours le 13 décembre 2019 de  » ne pas accepter les chantiers inachevés », ce militant constate que la situation en province n’a pas évolué.

« Dans le Kasaï-Oriental, ma province, plusieurs projets stagnent et d’autres n’ont jamais
connu un commencement. Je suis endroit de me questionner sur leur devenir plus
d’une année après le lancement du dit programme de 100jours. », s’indigne Nicolas Mbiya.

Des projets qui devraient être exécutés dans le cadre du programme de 100 jours n’ont jamais vu jour, estime Nicolas Mbiya qui énumère des projets non réalisés.

 » dans le volet routes, plus de 3.800.000USD devraient être décaissés pour
réhabiliter les axes Mbujimayi-Kananga,Mbujimayi-Lupatapata-Kabeya Kamwanga,
Mbujimayi-Kabindaet Mbujimayi-Mwena Ditu, tel que repris dans le canevas dudit
projet. Ces axes demeurent impraticables. Le retour de la saison de pluie que
d’envenimer la situation déjà précaire. », écrit-il dans sa lettre.

Selon Nicolas Mbiya, plus d’une centaine d’écoles devaient voir le jour avec le programme du Chef de l’Etat. Mais, en province, la cartographie n’est pas encore connue.
« Malheureusement,àcejour, aucune
de ces écoles n’est localisable au Kasaï-Oriental », fait-il remarquer.

Évoquant la question des maisons préfabriquées, Nicolas Mbiya note que sur les 300 maisons prévues, seules 15 sont visibles sur le site PMKO.

Dans cette lettre, Nicolas Mbiya évoque la problématique de l’eau et de l’électricité, estimant que bien qu’inscrits dans le programme de 100 jours, ces volets n’ont aucun impact sur la vie sociale.

Dans cette correspondance, il parle de la Miba et s’en prend aussi à la gestion de la province.  » Plus d’une année après l’entrée en fonction du Gouverneur, la province ne décolle
toujours pas ».
