Kasaï oriental : Début du couvre-feu, le gouverneur Maweja convoque un conseil de sécurité

Le gouverneur de province, Jean Maweja Muteba, a convoqué un conseil de sécurité ce vendredi 18 décembre 2020, alors que débute le même jour le couvre-feu décrété par le chef de l’État Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo.

Les acteurs clés de la sécurité provinciale prennent part à cette importante rencontre, notamment le ministre provincial de l’intérieur et sécurité Lazare Tshipinda Kasonga, le commissaire divisionnaire adjoint Roger Singa Vola, le commandant 21 ème région militaire en charge de l’administration, le Procureur général, le directeur provincial de l’agence nationale des renseignements, celui de la direction générale des migrations. Cette réunion du conseil de sécurité est élargie au comité provincial de lutte contre la pandémie à coronavirus. C’est ce qui justifie la présence du chef de division provinciale de la santé intérimaire, Docteur Nestor Bonheur Tshiteku Kaboto.

Cette réunion spéciale aura sans doute à prendre des mesures nécessaires pour faire appliquer la décision du chef de l’État Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo. L’autorité provinciale tient à accompagner le président de la République dans sa vision d’épargner la population de la deuxième vague de la Covid19 qui fait déjà des victimes dans certains pays.

Mercredi 16 décembre 2020, le président de la République a décrété un couvre-feu qui partira de 21h à 5h du matin sur l’ensemble du territoire national, en vue d’éviter la propagation du coronavirus deuxième vague. Il a, en effet, pris un train de mesures qui accompagnent cette décision. Parmi elles, figurent notamment le report à une date ultérieure de la reprise des cours à l’enseignement supérieur et universitaire, le début anticipé des vacances à l’enseignement primaire, secondaire et technique, l’application stricte des gestes barrières, notamment le port obligatoire des masques, la distanciation physique, le lavage des mains et la prise de température.

L’interdiction des marches publiques, des productions artistiques et des kermesses et l’interdiction des cérémonies festives et des réunions de plus de dix personnes, ainsi que le transport des dépouilles mortelles directement au lieu d’inhumation, sans aucune cérémonie, le fonctionnement des églises et des débits de boissons avant le couvre-feu en respectant scrupuleusement les gestes barrières, font également partie des mesures qui doivent être appliquées.
